We work with clients locally and internationally; either at our East London store or via a video or phone meeting that fits into your schedule. We send multiple stone options and 3D video renderings of your piece to ensure that you are included throughout the journey.

DESIGN APPROACHES
Choosing the perfect ring requires consideration of a multitude of factors: time frames, budget and personal taste, to name a few. A fully bespoke service may not be for everyone, which is why we offer a range of approaches to best fit you and your situation:

Create a piece especially tailored to you. Our bespoke service includes six custom drawings by our team to help refine different elements of the design.

For anyone who loves our existing designs and wants the opportunity to customise them. Select your choice of centre stone, side stones, band style and metal colour.

These special designs are crafted with the same care as our Bespoke and Made to Order pieces. Featuring unique stones, they are available to deliver or take away with you on the day.

We understand that designing the perfect ring can seem like a daunting process. We'll take you through every step of the process to make sure you come out of the other end with a piece that matches the vision for your dream ring.

An initial consultation where we will talk you through the design process and outline your inspirations, budget and design direction.
2.
We will source for you an assortment of stones based on your brief and draw a selection of designs tailored specifically for you. Working with only the most prestigious and ethical gem suppliers around the world we have access to rare and unusual cut stones as well as high value and larger pieces.
3.
Once you’ve approved the design and cost we will begin creating your ring. We pride ourselves on our fine craftsmanship and fuse modern techniques with traditional jewellery skills to create for you a truly special piece that will last for generations to come. The process takes between 8-12 weeks (depending on complexity of design) from confirmation to ring completion.
